Helping Teens Build Strength, Confidence & Lifelong Healthy Habits
At OBAAT, we believe true health is holistic, it includes how we eat, how we move, and how we feel in our bodies. Our Teen Strength & Fitness Coaching program is designed to support teens in building physical strength, improving confidence, and developing a healthy, lifelong relationship with movement.
This service is led by our Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Strength Coach, a former junior hockey player and NCAA athlete with over 12 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. As a co-owner of two gyms, she brings a powerful combination of knowledge and practical coaching to help teens thrive.
what’s included?

1 hour (Remote or In-Person)
A one-on-one movement screen to assess strength, posture, and mobility. This helps us create a safe and effective training plan tailored to your teen’s current level and goals. -
2 hours of programming time
A fully personalized 8-week workout plan, developed based on the assessment. Whether your teen is new to exercise or looking to build on existing skills, this plan meets them where they’re at. -
Approx. 30 min to 1 hour over 8 weeks
All workouts are delivered through our easy-to-use coaching app, which includes:Video demos for every movement
Progress tracking and weekly check-ins
Direct in-app messaging for questions or feedback

Teens can complete their workouts independently with remote coaching or attend in-person sessions where available. Each check-in or session is about 1 hour and can be scheduled as needed during the program
